Design has always been a part of my life. When I was a little girl, I would rearrange my mom's living room, or create a seating vignette in grandma's landscaping. I'm the family member who takes the vintage furniture to fill my home. I like being surrounded by beautiful things; moving pieces from one room to another, coming up with new ways to display my favorite keepsakes.
I've never been afraid of color.
I enjoy all design styles - Modern, Contemporary, Traditional and the eclectic mix.
My portfolio includes both residential and commercial design work.
I have custom designed furniture pieces from farmhouse vanities, drapery rods to stainless steel furniture.
I'm married to Bryce who is a computer analyst by day.
After hours, he's my go to carpenter.
I have a 15 year old son Justin. He's my pillow guy.
He inherited his grandmother's computerized sewing machine
and has crafted several pillows.
Below I've shared a list of my favorite things. I look forward to learning about yours and how we can incorporate them in your style.
I have glass trays, wooden trays and my favorite silver trays. They come in all shapes and sizes and I hang them on the wall, use in my bathrooms or on my front door.
I have many exterior statues and most can be found inside of my home. I like the classic look yet the concrete feel of them. They are unexpected.
The older the better. I have several vintage sets scattered around my home. Nothing is better than aged leather books. I like to use them to display objects and props.
You can do so much with a side chair. They make the perfect place to stack a pile of books, or display towels. I have several that are just beautiful to look at.
My family would tell you they are my favorite! They make the best accessory. I change the seasons with pillows. Recently, pillow covers have been my go to.
Plates can be used all around the house. I have them on display on my staircase, holding my favorite jewelry in my bedroom, and of course filling my plate rack in the kitchen. I like to change out plates with a change in season.
