Blinds
We are a Graber Blinds dealer. We offer all types of blinds and shades including the popular layered or zebra blinds, woven's, and cellular shades. All Shades are install by Bryce Sands, Red Door Designs. Call me for a free estimate.
Room Redesign
A room redesign is a great way to achieve a new look. Allow me to shop from my studio floor or my favorite vendors on your budget. Allow me to create a catalog just for you. And using your pieces, Red Door Designs can rearrange furnishings, re-hang art, and style accessories in a different way to give a room a new look. Red Door Designs can save you time and money by finding fresh ways to use items you already have.
Outdoor Styling
Add curb appeal to your home. I can assist with seasonal decor, furniture and accessories, container design and seasonal garden install. Need to repaint your front door and are stuck on a color? I'm here to help.
Home Staging
Selling your home? Services may include staging, consulting on updates including paint, appliances and flooring. Fresh mulch, fresh flowers and decluttering are all part of selling your house .
Custom Design
This may include shelving and small farmhouse vanities.
Fees
Design Consultation
Red Door Designs likes to start every project with an in home consultation at a time that is convenient for you. During the initial meeting, we will discuss your design needs, tastes, style, likes, dislikes and scope of the project. I'm often asked a lot of questions, ask away! The design consultation fee is $100.00
Hourly Rate
You have the option of paying an hourly rate of $100.00 residential $150.00 commercial. Red Door Designs will provide an estimate on how many hours the project may take.
Sales Order Policy
Red Door Designs requires a down payment on the purchase of all material, furniture, and accessories prior to placing your order.
Commission Fee
Based on the commission of materials, services, furniture or accessories purchased for the project. The percentage varies from 10-25% depending on discounts determined by supplier.
